Before you email me, please make sure you already did the following:
1) Read and comprehend the FAQ, T&C & forum!!!! Forum Link can be found on the homepages.Do not ask me questions which are already covered on store & forum. Please read before contacting the customer service.
2) Do not ask about "who is calling you" or "give me more info on the unbound that is around/calling me"
3) If you are waiting for our email, please check your spam/junk folder before sending another one. Do not spam us with questions when are you going to receive the entity/spirit info, we will send you the info when it is done. The min waiting is about 1 to 3 days unless otherwise stated and when we do we usually annouce the latest update on the forum.
Should you ordered something and expecting mails from me, please make sure you remember which email address you have used to register for the account on the store as that will be the Email address we will be sending the information to, and do not repeatedly sending email claiming you didnt receive the email.
4) Read the listing. Do not email me with questions that can be answered on the listing.
5) If you bought rehome entities/spirits, it is not our duty to send you the information as we have given all informations to the original buyer. Approach the one who sold you as it is their responsible to provides you the information.
